What areas do you cover?

We’re based on the Isle of Dogs and mainly cover E14 and nearby areas (Canary Wharf, Greenwich, Limehouse and surrounding postcodes). For jobs slightly further out, just ask.

How quickly will you reply?

For most enquiries we reply within one working day. If something sounds urgent (like an active leak), we’ll do our best to respond sooner.

Do I have to be at home?

For smaller jobs it’s usually best if someone is home, at least to let us in and walk through the work. For landlords and agents we’re used to key collection and access arrangements.

Can you supply materials?

Yes. You can either supply your own materials or we can supply them at fair trade pricing. We’ll confirm what’s included in the quote before work starts.
