Single rooms & feature walls
Freshen up a bedroom, living room or home office with a clean, even finish. We handle filling, sanding and cutting-in so you don’t have to fight with a brush.

High-traffic areas prepped and painted neatly – including tricky corners, handrails, spindles and ceilings that are awkward to reach safely.
Woodwork & trims
Doors, skirting, architraves, window sills and radiators sanded, primed and finished so edges look sharp instead of chipped and yellowed.
Patch repairs & touch-ups
Filling cracks and minor damage, blending in previous patches and tidying up marks from picture hanging, kids, pets or rushed DIY.
Decorating pricing – simple and honest.
For decorating, clear expectations are more important than a single “per room” price. Different rooms and conditions take different amounts of time, so we:
Look at photos (and measurements where helpful) to estimate prep and coats
Explain what’s included – walls only, or ceilings and woodwork too
Flag anything that could add time or cost (e.g. flaky paint, historic damp, heavy smoke staining)
For many jobs we can give a fixed price. For more open-ended projects, we’ll suggest a sensible day-rate structure and keep you updated as we go.

Send photos of each wall, plus any close-ups of cracks, flaking paint or problem areas. Let us know if you want walls only, or ceilings and woodwork as well.
For bigger jobs, we may suggest a quick visit to check surfaces properly.
Get a clear plan & quote.
We’ll outline the prep we’ll do, the paint approach (number of coats, finishes) and how many days we expect it to take, along with the price.
We’ll also agree how we’ll protect floors, furniture and adjacent rooms.
We prep, paint and tidy up.
We arrive when we say we will, protect your home, do the prep properly, then paint to a neat, consistent finish and tidy up at the end of each day.
You get photos of the finished rooms and advice on keeping them looking good.
