For most jobs, we can give you a clear estimate from photos and a short description. If we think there’s a risk of hidden issues (for example, water damage behind tiles or under flooring), we’ll say so up front and give you sensible options.
Smaller jobs – charged on a time basis with a sensible minimum to make a visit worthwhile.
Half-day / full-day bookings – ideal if you have a list of jobs you want worked through in one go.
Materials – you can supply your own, or we can supply at fair trade pricing.

We’ll confirm what we can get done in the time booked, plus any parts we expect to need and how we’ll approach your list.
If there’s any risk of hidden issues, we’ll flag it before you commit.
We turn up and get it done.
We arrive when we say we will, protect your home, work through your list and tidy up properly before we leave.
